An Action Plan to:

1. Create progress and accountability towards achieving our equity in City Contracting goals.

2. Support our small businesses and reimagining our main streets, providing technical assistance, investments, and support to our Black and Brown entrepreneurs.

3. Increase homeownership opportunities through direct investment of ARPA dollars to help those in our community build wealth.

4. Expand access to job training programs and facilities in Black and Brown communities to create pipelines to the jobs of today – and of the future – in bio-tech, the green economy, the trades, and our health care and education sectors.
